Real CI at .gitea/workflows/ci.yml (Gitea reads .gitea/workflows, not the empty untracked .git/workflows/ci.yml cruft): backend dotnet build + dotnet test (39 tests) and frontend npm ci + build, on pushes to main/develop and all PRs.
