A3-IM07 has not been implemented or accepted. Next Gate F remains required after this increment before IM08.

Phase10 final acceptance, global-job/provider/data grants, European native-language/market decisions, homepage visual/claims approval, staging/paid security/hosted recovery/release gates remain OPEN.
