+**SQLite repair implemented; formal RD21 UNRESOLVED, Phase 9 NO-GO, Phase 10 NO-GO,
+production NO-GO.** Required MariaDB runtime qualification is unavailable on this host.

+Product qualification ends at commit `1b89a77` on `fix/rd21-acknowledged-edit-loss`, based on
+`8e7e3f6387544e24082ebe2c107c0b868897959e`. Later reporting commits do not change qualified
+product inputs. The final delivery message supplies the reporting commit and direct remote
+comparison, avoiding a self-referential commit hash in this document.

+Machine-readable results retain case identities, process outcomes and original raw hashes. Raw
+test outputs, traces, synthetic databases and generated PDFs remain in ignored `.artifacts/rd21/`;
+portable observations and oracle results are committed here. This does not make raw artifacts
+available from a fresh clone or claim independent human/device/provider verification.
