# INT-GLOBAL-JOBS-01 — GJ-00 planning checkpoint

Recommendation: review this design now; **do not begin GJ-01** until Phase 10, PRODUCT-REVIEW-01 and initiative entry approval are evidenced. NAV consumer registration and UK licensing can proceed as separate owner actions, without blocking unrelated planning.
