All 57 groups retain **56 PARTIAL / C11 DEFERRED** and 33 routes. [Import compatibility](p7-09/IMPORT_COMPATIBILITY.md) adds bounded PRES-J10/E09/S03/S04/W11 proof: real export/create round trip, create-field allowlist, whole-file validation, owned graph exclusion, actual account disposal, acknowledged counts and uncertain-write stop, internal-tab retention and preserved Rules saving. Fresh full frontend 837/97, backend 1057 and 25 affected browser cases pass. This does not close S05 backup/restore, full integrated browser acceptance, manual accessibility, production or the remaining P7-09 presentation owners. No route, ownership or document rendering contract changes.
P7-09's [separate sender repair](p7-09/evidence/oauth-results.json) preserves M01/M02/M06/E09 and all57 statuses:39 affected caller cases,3 new local-sender journeys,5 existing Application journeys and ordinary P2-D01 pass. No real provider grant, new permission, route, data or document-output acceptance is claimed. Preferences and data lifecycle remain pending.

Section save scopes, six Rules fields, canonical ownership and server admission remain intact. Manual/whole-group qualifications and all57 statuses/33routes stay unchanged. Data lifecycle and final publication remain pending.

Human/device/output and whole-group qualifications remain. P7-08 publication `c5176e3251c869e13284b994b59b2f7aa9220eb1` was directly verified clean at 2026-10-17T02:03:53.815275 UTC; older connection failures remain historical evidence.
