[Discovery results](p7-05/evidence/discovery-results.json) repair reproduced saved-to-manual context, held old rows, unrelated Retry, edited-filter loss, duplicate mutations, unnamed spinner and Cancel/removed-control focus in the local owner. New18 all-enabled scans0/81 retain18 badge,57 overlapped contrast and6 modal-focus incompletes; existing9scans0/52 remain. Keyboard trap/return/next Tab and moved-focus tests are automated Chromium evidence, not M01-M12 human/device/zoom acceptance. NAV/provider delivery/model calls were withheld; UI-only intercepted dismiss204 is not persisted-run/history proof. No inherited debt or whole PRES group is closed by this slice.
