**Status: structured editor CONDITIONAL GO; final staged hygiene PASS, normal editor pushf7f6b774 verified. Import/history implementation is a candidate; final runtime/visual/hygiene/push acceptance remains PENDING.** Follow the [approved handoff](../../phase-6/p6-05/PHASE7_HANDOFF.md#migration-order-and-commit-boundaries): a structured-editor presentation commit, then a separate import/history presentation commit. The source-ID prerequisite was a separate bounded repair before those presentation changes; it does not introduce another checkpoint or schema.
**Status: implemented P7-03 CONDITIONAL GO; final finite runtime/visual/staged hygiene PASS and normal push5d6e3235 directly verified.** Historical pending observations below retain their chronology; this status and the observed receipt supersede them.

Import17 scans0/302, editor13 scans0/377 and Career22 scans0/99 remain qualified. RD21 concurrency/partial-write recovery, old orphan records and human/device/provider/output requirements remain open. All57 groups remain56 PARTIAL/C11 DEFERRED,32 routes retained. 648/93 frontend and233 browser are derived only; latest whole573/89 remains inherited. Production NO-GO, P5-13 withholding and Phase8 separation remain unchanged.
