Main5f835e5 is pushed under owner authorization; live/model activation remains unverified, not GO. All previous manual/provider/output/F04/complete restore/effective config-schema/tested rollback conditions remain. No Phase8 work or P5-13 activation.
P7-11 shared/CV continuation corrects the evidenced roleless Checklist/Interview/Undo/Redo tooltip spans, static version-badge name and dangling Quick Search title reference. This is bounded source/DOM/browser remediation, not human reader/device or every-pixel conformance. P7-09's [sender repair](p7-09/evidence/oauth-results.json) confirms/fixes uncorrelated OAuth messages and delayed startup-language feedback. Consumer regression retains89 axe incompletes, including46 roleless-span `aria-label` diagnostics (45 Notes/Tasks,1 Interview) for bounded P7-11 responsible-owner triage. No existing manual/provider/release gate is closed; the Settings presentation findings remain pending.
