Backend implemented scope remains CONDITIONAL GO, with actual MariaDB execution unverified. A fresh fetch on 2026-10-16 found no intervening commits. The separate Documents interface now proceeds; its entry and bounded requirements are recorded in the P7-07 UI report. Earlier pending-push statements are historical observations. No production deployment or Phase8 implementation.
