chore: stop tracking .gsd planning tooling

Per project rule that tooling (claude, gsd, etc.) should not live in the repo. Local files are untouched; .gsd/ is now gitignored. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
