The unchanged original failure is RED→GREEN; native period/encoding/history/expiry/logout/foreign-resource/tampering journeys pass. The reproducer `c37cab560afa2d94cc4244c09dfa7aa720563bbf` and bounded implementation `68437671762aa9a4d93036a23a06810f1f47dd57` are separately committed and pushed. **R-03: GO for the bounded repair**, with final documentation/hygiene evidence in its own immediate commit/push checkpoint. Original audit findings and earlier repair results remain historical.
