The original A3-IM06 implementation authorisation is satisfied within [CAREER_VALIDATION.md](CAREER_VALIDATION.md)'s scope. **Owner Gate F review remains pending** before A3-IM07 Calendar/reminders/correspondence/documents. No generic continued-development instruction waives that milestone gate. Earlier UI01–05 approvals remain accepted and must not be repeated.

Do not treat this as full Phase10, Product Review, European localisation, Global Jobs provider, import-engine, native-device, physical PDF, final integrated security or release acceptance. No main merge/deployment. Independent `ca519cac` date localisation and `de3d5031` security policy remain isolated; no older workstream source was wholesale merged. The generated graph remains local and untracked.
