 Owner's global visual correction and whole-application definition of done extend authorised IM10. Keep original A1/D1/B1/editor-left-preview-right/context-right/sidebar-hybrid decisions. Every34 route/57 preservation group must be reviewed; old functional approval is not visual parity. Do not request final IM10 acceptance yet. Active records in integration worktree: **docs/ui-modernisation/visual-correction/VALIDATION.md**, **ROUTE_COVERAGE.json**, **DISCREPANCIES.md**, **comparison.html**, source/evidence manifest and unedited before/approved/after captures. Approved reference PNGs390/1440 match frozen237c79b8 committed bytes. Remaining route reviews, repeated headings/nested surfaces, complete Settings states, connected workflows, human/device/native-language/final owner visual review are OPEN. Mounted refresh presentation gap is closed in bounded controlled scope; granular Ghosted per-user pause still lacks its persisted contract.
 Next independently authorised work: **six secondary routes** (companies/offers/operations/analytics/trash/public CV) under new36-configuration visual qualification. `job-tracker-ui/scripts/verify-a3-secondary.mjs` has an UNCOMMITTED opt-in A3_VISUAL_MATRIX flag writing to visual-correction/evidence/secondary, preserving old historical artifacts. Its full36-configuration run was started after2218659e; inspect its actual report/process result before claiming pass. Then inspect screenshots, fix material discrepancies minimally, verify and publish the next bounded checkpoint; continue remaining routes and connected workflows. Current export belongs to2218659e runtime sources. No later A3 approval is needed for ordinary visual correction in authorised IM10. Full Phase10/Product Review/Global Jobs/European localisation/launch/final integrated security/recovery/release gates remain separate. Orchestrator and pre-P10 worktrees untouched, no main merge/deploy.

Approved scope remains **"Approve IM09 and A3-IM10"**; no further implementation permission needed for this increment. Narrow attachment-size delta1ce93ca0 was reconciled/cherry-picked as31ce70271663a5d57c7b2eb8f80cd69be5cc95ef. Fresh63 affected cases plus61 studio cases=124 distinct cases/three suites passed. Review caption now uses the existing EN/NB label; UI-language change retains proposal/output language without regeneration/apply.16 controlled review journeys/axe scans passed with zero writes/synthetic proposals. Types/lint/build and independent review passed; existing direct-focus act warnings remain.
 Source census passed: all34 inherited route patterns present in the TypeScript AST; complete57-group preservation register hash unchanged from d3d33837, preserving56 PARTIAL/one DEFERRED and required closures. Source membership is not route runtime/auth or whole-capability acceptance. Evidence: docs/ui-modernisation/CROSS_APP_LOCALISATION.md, UI-10.md and evidence/cross-app in direct-roadmap-integration. Original imported61-case localisation artifacts remain historical; do not rerun their old manifests against a newer application tree as if they bind it.
