# Human qualification checklist
All entries below start **NOT TESTED**. Browser automation, image inspection by this agent, DOM focus checks and emulated viewports are separate evidence. Record tester, UTC timestamp, OS/browser/assistive-technology versions, application commit, test account, exact steps, result and artifact for each row. Use synthetic records in an approved development environment.

RD06/RD07/RD10/RD18/RD23/RD25 remain release qualifications until the applicable rows have genuine evidence. P5-13/C11 semantic review has its own withheld process; this checklist does not authorise model activation. Production infrastructure, backup/restore, ingress and rollback require their separate operator gates.
