Normal Documents UI push actually failed at2026-10-16T16:22:51.339211UTC (exit128, configured host443 unreachable). [Publication receipt](p7-07/evidence/ui-publication.json) preserves the command, UTC interval and raw log hashes. No force/main push occurred. P7-07 remains publication-blocked; its local implementation/evidence is committed, not reported remotely synchronized.
