It maps all 57 contracts to proposed destinations/validation, without changing their requirements or claiming implemented/visual parity. [P4-06 acceptance](../phase-4/p4-06/README.md) and its [57-row reconciliation](../phase-4/p4-06/PRESERVATION_ACCEPTANCE.md) retain scoped evidence, incomplete checks and affected-migration gates; they do not claim exhaustive preservation or production readiness.
