Production remains NO-GO and no `main` deployment occurred. P5-13 stays deferred/unqualified; incomplete/human/device/zoom/font/production gates remain open. Stop before P5-15/B07; acceptance planning is the next recommendation only.

The separate [fresh production assessment](../redesign/phase-5/production-release-decision/README.md) identifies automatic deployment from `main` and records **PRODUCTION NO-GO** pending actual ingress/current backup-restore/configuration/rollback evidence. Connor authorizes scoped P5-14 independently of release success; missing AI-review acceptance remains explicit. P5-15 must carry the debt and commit/push every individual change/checkpoint when authorized.
