[Machine reconciliation](p10-04-evidence/EVIDENCE_RECONCILIATION.json) retains uncompressed artifact hashes and counters. This is fresh evidence inspection, not fresh test execution. Application source under job-tracker-ui/src, JobTrackerApi and tools has no diff from the published cleanup checkpoint78f7396a to this branch's current documentation checkpoints.

+Final A3 design/implementation approval is now received; dashboard and navigation milestone reviews are also accepted. A3 application-tracking implementation98e9502a is published separately and awaits its own Gate F. None of those UI branches, independent localisation fixes, or their selected test counts is integrated into this frozen cleanup branch or substituted for complete Phase10 qualification. Independent audit/preservation closure and the required environment/human qualifications remain open.
