Filter changes preserve unrelated query parameters, route state and URL fragments. The literal search “all” stays a search term; only enum filters use the “all” sentinel. Typing replaces the current search history entry so one Back step returns to the prior screen.

If creation already returned an ID, recovery retains that resource and its Open job action rather than issuing another create.
