**Current successor: [P5-08b readiness](p5-08b-readiness/README.md).** Native package/ZIP readback and scoped navigation/accessibility regression evidence supplement the unchanged [P5-08a header/Overview](p5-08a/README.md). Five sections, six deeper disclosures, routes and domain owners remain. Connor explicitly reconciled the absent follow-up consumer: preserve compatibility metadata and defer mode-specific UI to the mail phase. Readiness evidence now governs scoped P5-08b GO. [P5-07 Analytics](p5-07/README.md), [P5-06 Dashboard](p5-06/README.md) and [P5-04b Jobs integration](p5-04b/README.md) remain authoritative for their areas. P5-02 manual screen-reader acceptance remains mandatory for P5-15. F04, incomplete accessibility checks, native touch, Board scaling and recorded timing/preference-save observations remain open. P5-08b visual migration, Phase 8 and B07 have not started.

P5-09 remains blocked by separate revision/rendering gates; no CV slice, Phase 8 or B07 has begun.
