This01 matrix and its53PARTIAL/3FAIL/1DEFERRED totals remain the original audit outcome, not a current open-defect count. No full group has been certified PASS.
Audit source **`932b962b9038ddb5ad59b982c0199475bfb50454`**, branch `codex/ui-redesign-phase4`, 2026-10-09. This document compares every original protected capability with actual current API/owner, frontend reach action, read/write boundary, inspected tests and outstanding evidence. It is a functional evidence record; no application repair, provider/model call, production operation, Docker recovery or B07 work belongs to it.
