Narrow screens preserve filters-before-results DOM order; Jump to results and Return to search filters move focus without requests or route changes. Source coverage explanation is above both columns. Existing query/location fields, sort, saved-search create/run/pause/delete/dismiss, source attribution/provenance/original links, Save-to-tracker route and busy/empty/error/retry owners remain unchanged. Added only three paired EN/NB labels. UI language does not translate source content.
