Its 15 axe scans retain 101 incomplete nodes: 15 short notification badges, 85 overlapped form backgrounds and one partially obscured Dashboard label inside the navigation scroll container. These require the existing manual contrast/state qualifications; zero automated violations does not close them.
Two bounded P7-11 residuals are recorded from actual images: a long English action wraps its final letter at 1024px, and the unchanged CV missing-source owner displays raw `Not Found` error text. The Documents attachment-error layout was corrected and reverified. The Git host became unreachable after verified contract push `8e4db12`; later fetch failures are recorded, normal UI push remains pending. Actual MariaDB, human/device/provider/output and production gates remain open.

Fresh entry23/3 frontend and40 unchanged-binary backend cases pass;791/95,323,1054 remain derived inventories, not full-suite passes. No production or Phase8 action.
