The final affected 86 component cases and 13 native consumer/journey cases pass; ordinary P2-D01 is included. Human/device/output and whole-group qualifications remain. Publication is pending the configured Git host's recovery; cached remote refs are not live verification.
P7-09's [separate sender repair](p7-09/evidence/oauth-results.json) preserves M01/M02/M06/E09 and all57 statuses:39 affected caller cases,3 new local-sender journeys,5 existing Application journeys and ordinary P2-D01 pass. No real provider grant, new permission, route, data or document-output acceptance is claimed. Preferences and data lifecycle remain pending.

This initial matrix derives the exact IDs/statuses and original evidence/limitations from [Phase6 preservation](../phase-6/p6-05/PRESERVATION.md), reconciled against its [aggregate](../phase-6/p6-05/evidence/validation.json), [original functionality ledger](../audit/FUNCTIONALITY_INVENTORY.md), [Phase2 anchors](../phase-2/PRESERVATION_MATRIX.md) and [Phase3 impacts](../phase-3/PRESERVATION_IMPACT_MATRIX.md). The short rows never replace protected sub-capabilities.

Fresh entry23/3 frontend and40 unchanged-binary backend cases pass;791/95,323,1054 remain derived inventories, not full-suite passes. No production or Phase8 action.
