+3 November 2026. Implementation `c7d26d354c44b0bdd2976cf2f1c2b0737d7cc2d2` on `codex/a3-ui-03` was pushed successfully. Independent `git ls-remote --heads origin refs/heads/codex/a3-ui-03` returned the same full hash. Committed source/evidence manifest verification returned zero mismatches (23 sources,42 evidence artifacts; export hashes retained separately).

Dashboard/onboarding Gate F is now pending; the question submitted in this chat requests acceptance and progression to A3-IM04 B1 application table/Kanban/full detail pages, retaining actions, revision/permission protections and right-side context. Do not begin that dependent work until answered. Independent localisation continues separately; no automatic branch combination.

The application branch commit, source-manifest check, push and independent remote readback succeeded. No Git infrastructure/refs/hooks/configuration was repaired or bypassed. Worktree is clean except existing untracked generated graphify-out.
