Final acceptance/report/preservation reconciliation/publication remain. Phase8 handoff is planning only; no Phase8 implementation. Main0b6f4b3 is separately owner-authorized despite retained production NO-GO; deployment/model activation remain unverified.
Phase 7 execution started: 2026-10-11, from synchronized `b531998` on `codex/ui-redesign-phase4`. The owner explicitly chose to keep `main` unchanged; production remains NO-GO. Earlier checkpoint records below retain their original scope and qualifications.
