P7-09's [separate sender repair](p7-09/evidence/oauth-results.json) preserves M01/M02/M06/E09 and all57 statuses:39 affected caller cases,3 new local-sender journeys,5 existing Application journeys and ordinary P2-D01 pass. No real provider grant, new permission, route, data or document-output acceptance is claimed. Preferences and data lifecycle remain pending.

The first [Preferences/Connections boundary](p7-09/evidence/preferences-results.json) now preserves S03/S04/S05/M06/E09:91 frontend,52 unchanged-backend,17 native including Rules/Settings/OAuth/ordinaryP2-D01 PASS; all18 new PNGs reviewed. Section save scopes, six Rules fields, canonical ownership and server admission remain intact. Manual/whole-group qualifications and all57 statuses/33routes stay unchanged. Data lifecycle and final publication remain pending.

Latest completed P7-08 reconciliation: [Operations results](p7-08/evidence/operations-results.json) retain all 57 statuses below, with 56 PARTIAL and C11 DEFERRED. The original 32 routes remain alongside the approved `/documents` route (33 current patterns). Fresh affected77/7 and native12 pass, including ordinary P2-D01. Human/device/output and whole-group qualifications remain. P7-08 publication `c5176e3251c869e13284b994b59b2f7aa9220eb1` was directly verified clean at 2026-10-17T02:03:53.815275 UTC; older connection failures remain historical evidence.

All **57 original protected groups** remain in scope. This initial matrix derives the exact IDs/statuses and original evidence/limitations from [Phase6 preservation](../phase-6/p6-05/PRESERVATION.md), reconciled against its [aggregate](../phase-6/p6-05/evidence/validation.json), [original functionality ledger](../audit/FUNCTIONALITY_INVENTORY.md), [Phase2 anchors](../phase-2/PRESERVATION_MATRIX.md) and [Phase3 impacts](../phase-3/PRESERVATION_IMPACT_MATRIX.md). The short rows never replace protected sub-capabilities.
