# P5-15-04 — Successor findings and ownership
Classification: **A** production release gate; **B** full original Phase 5 acceptance gate; **C** approved deferred product work; **D** retained bounded technical debt. A scoped design-review transition does not close A/B gates. The [complete readiness register](../READINESS_DEBT.md) retains all operational/provider/domain obligations; this table dispositions the acceptance audit findings, not a replacement for that register.
| Finding | Current evidence/status and severity | Impact / action / owner |
|---|---|---|
| A11Y-01 / A11Y-11 | Original P1 failures independently repaired and verified; historical evidence retained. | Original keyboard-picker and materially clipped preview barriers removed for tested paths. Complete AT/device qualification remains B; UI/CV owners. |
| A11Y-02 / A11Y-03 / A11Y-04 | Original P2 drawer focus, dead source destination and small report targets repaired independently. | Native keyboard/navigation/target regressions protected. Broad reader/locale/theme acceptance remains B; shell/CV/report owners. |
| A11Y-05 avatar initials | P3 contextual contrast review; adjacent full name may make initials redundant. No exception is self-certified. | B human semantic/visual disposition; design/accessibility reviewer. Preserve meaningful-text contrast requirement if initials are information. |
| A11Y-06 main/headings | P3 structure review: login main/H1, heading skips and correspondence headings. Axe best-practice findings alone are not asserted WCAG-AA violations. | B reader/heading-navigation acceptance, then a bounded hierarchy correction if justified; page/accessibility owners. |
| A11Y-07 preview landmarks | P3 cross-document main-landmark review. Named preview iframe is separate from outer main. | B actual nonvisual navigation review; CV/accessibility owners. Do not change document geometry to suppress a tool warning. |
| A11Y-08 drawer computed names | NOT VERIFIED; four clipped child-node name flags differ from another named snapshot. | B settled scroll/AX and actual spoken-name evidence; shell/accessibility operator. Do not equate four flags with four proven unnamed controls. |
| A11Y-09 Settings associations | PARTIAL; native Rules retention/save/error and keyboard traversal pass, explicit panel/control links remain a semantic review gap. | B M09 reader/mobile-select acceptance; Settings/accessibility owner. No recurrence of repaired Rules draft loss is claimed. |
| A11Y-10 clipped/scroller targets | NOT VERIFIED as unusability: disabled one-page pagination, intentional two-dimensional scrollers and transparent switch inputs require context. | B enabled multipage 400% navigation, hitbox/device/reader checks; Jobs/Settings/UI owners. Root overflow zero is finite evidence only. |
| P5-06-O01 language PUT500 | Historical failure/open root cause. Twelve-round native concurrent qualification is retained separately; no passing sample can prove the original exception cause or repair the caller's suppressed failure. | B persistence/error acceptance; A if reproduced on intended deployed provider. Backend/identity/i18n owner; preserve sanitized exception/correlation and latest state if recurrence. |
| P4-04-O02 notification DB locking | Historical SQLite error5 contention/open cause; current draft/error/retry behavior and native write/readback checks remain. | B complete affected reliability, A if required deployed workflow reproduces. Backend/identity owner; no blind retry or speculative transaction rewrite. |
| IF-CV-UNSAVED-01 | OPEN incident; temporal test boundary qualified, historical timing trace absent. No source/save defect demonstrated by the current passing test. | D monitored incident, B if recurrence undermines save/recovery. CV/test owner; retain actual version/write/focus trace before changing code. |
| Board full-result scaling | O(N) complete-array query/render retained. Native 200/1,000 membership and timings measure a finite envelope, not unbounded capacity. | D capacity gate, B if agreed supported workload proves unusable. Phase 6 performance owner must agree account/load/memory/latency budgets before a separate compatible virtualisation design. |
| Native touch / software keyboard | NOT VERIFIED; Chromium emulated taps, pointer and keyboard alternatives do not establish physical input acceptance. | B before complete responsive acceptance; device operator executes M03/M06/M12/M13 with actual hardware/browser. |
| Screen-reader / contrast / broader reflow | NOT COMPLETE / NOT VERIFIED where human results are absent; owner postponed operator work. Fresh axe violations and incompletes retain contextual classifications. | B and relevant A release-acceptance gate. [M01–M13](../p5-15-02/MANUAL_ACCEPTANCE.md), [axe triage](../p5-15-02/AXE_TRIAGE.md); qualified human/accessibility owner. Availability is not evidence. |
| Production fonts/portraits | Local frozen corpora and synthetic photo inclusion pass; Linux font metrics and representative portrait/crop/assets are NOT VERIFIED. | B full CV qualification/A release environment; CV and operator run unchanged fixtures with actual equivalent assets/runtime. |
| F04 / backup+restore / configuration+schema+secrets / rollback | A, OPEN. Repository/local synthetic tests do not establish current deployed state or recoverability. | Production operator executes [05](../p5-15-05/README.md). Production main remains unchanged; no release action follows from a review transition. |
| P5-13 | B+C deferred, unqualified, Production-withheld; 0/366 target calls, 0 human semantic reviews, review UI absent. | Separate approved AI workstream; preserve frozen fixtures, deterministic authoritative application guard, provider/account scope and stale rejection. No Docker recovery or qualification here. |
| P5-05 / followMode | C explicitly deferred. Full Job entry remains; `followMode` route/state compatibility metadata retained, no compose consumer claimed. | Product/Jobs/mail owner in separately approved future slice; do not silently omit requirements or invent screens. |
| Other existing debt | Profile/job stale-save/idempotency, company modal error subtree, provider/auth/live mail/calendar, worker survival, deletion/billing policy and legacy cutover remain individually registered. | Follow original RD13–RD28 classes/owners. No B07, activation, column drop or production mutation here. Passing CV/tenant tests do not close other domain concurrency obligations. |
No P0 finding is demonstrated by this checkpoint. Closed scoped functional findings retain their original severity and proof; outstanding manual checks are evidence gaps rather than invented functional failures. No severity is downgraded merely to enable Phase 6 planning.

# P5-15-04 — Targeted acceptance repairs
This successor retains the [02 failed observations](../p5-15-02/DEFECTS.md). The owner subsequently authorised continuous, bounded repairs before completing document acceptance. Each demonstrated failure was reproduced and corrected independently; production `main` remains unchanged and NO-GO.
## Completed repairs
| Finding | Demonstrated cause and smallest correction | Native/regression proof | Commit / PRES |
|---|---|---|---|
| A11Y-01, P1 | Nonnative file-input labels did not activate the picker on Enter/Space. Existing file controls now use native buttons and the same input click/validation path. | Eight added frontend cases; six native keyboard and three pointer chooser outcomes; no accepted-file/import/ownership change. [Record](file-picker/README.md) | `57054349ef7816b84a31c29a8c847a734ab22479`; W08/J10 |
| A11Y-11, P1 | Initially hidden compact-mode preview pages published ready after measuring zero width. Pagination now awaits actual usable layout through one ResizeObserver before the unchanged physical calculation. | Two new hidden-initial fixtures, one/four pages; reveal/resize/scale lifecycle, existing mobile native PDF and both unchanged fidelity corpora. [Record](mobile-preview/README.md) | `c22f3fc753f48d17c09e1cccd0b694957905c77c`; C06/C09/C12 |
| A11Y-02, P2 | MUI attempted autofocus while the transitioning drawer was visibility-hidden. Settled entry now focuses the existing first item when focus is on the dialog or outside it. | Nonmutating focus trace; reduced-motion Enter/Escape/trigger return and emulated rotation. Modal protection remains enabled. [Record](mobile-drawer/README.md) | `b377f0f62f661bb7a63f1a2b784f22e8b9b52de4`; E07 |
| A11Y-03, P2 | The CV source link used the API path `/career/profile`, which is not a frontend route. It now uses existing `/career?section=profile`. | Native exact destination, canonical form and Back-to-CV assertion; no second source editor or mutation. [Record](source-navigation/README.md) | `b5bda1caa58749c0171a83101fb4e3bf337c23e7`; C07 |
| A11Y-04, P2 | Standalone report links had an 18px hit height. The existing shared link treatment now has 24px minimum width/height. | Native EN/light phone and NB/dark tablet bounds, keyboard activation and exact custom-status filter/job; report values unchanged. [Record](report-targets/README.md) | `22455bba0a016f0cefabde46c539df588f789667`; S01/J05 |
No API/schema migration, destructive operation, renderer geometry/font/print-rule change, provider activation or production deployment was required. The last application change is `22455bba0a016f0cefabde46c539df588f789667`. All code repairs and their focused evidence were committed/pushed immediately. The planned P5-15-06 final regression checkpoint will record the complete post-change rerun separately; it is currently in progress.

## Reliability and capacity investigation
The diagnostic qualification extends the existing native preference scenario to twelve alternating English/Bokmål language and notification writes while four real report/notification reads overlap. It checks actual PUT statuses and owned readback, then reloads. This directly exercises the recorded overlap without mocking persistence or inventing a common cause for two historical failures.
The new Board diagnostic creates synthetic owned populations of 200 and 1,000 jobs, verifies the real full-result API, and compares every rendered card ID with its membership. API latency, payload bytes and render timing are observations; there is no approved production performance threshold to declare satisfied. Neither a query cap nor speculative pagination/virtualisation was introduced. The existing full-array O(N) architecture and physical-touch acceptance remain open. These diagnostic additions are not yet executed or claimed passing in this classification checkpoint; the native runner will execute them after its complete ordinary/security lanes. Their completed evidence will be pushed as a separate unit.
The [CV save-state investigation](../p5-15-01/INTERMITTENT_FAILURES.md) qualifies the editor's existing 800ms autosave boundary with a controlled test clock: pending draft/focus/no write before it, exact versioned save afterward. No saving implementation changes. The untraced historical incident remains OPEN; passing reruns alone do not establish its original cause.
## Acceptance disposition
[Remaining findings](DEBT_DISPOSITION.md) distinguish reproducible functional repairs, contextual rule warnings, unavailable human/device checks and deployment dependencies. There is no newly demonstrated security/data-integrity failure in these repairs. The whole-group reconciliation is **0 PASS / 56 PARTIAL / 0 FAIL / 1 DEFERRED =57**; five scoped fixes do not confer complete accessibility or whole-feature acceptance.
P5-13 remains deferred/unqualified/Production-withheld, with 0/366 configured calls, zero human semantic reviews and no review UI. Quick preview and `followMode` compose UI remain approved separate work. Mandatory human screen-reader acceptance is postponed at the owner's request and NOT COMPLETE, not waived. Production ingress/recovery/configuration/schema/rollback and Linux rendering qualifications remain independently open.
