Normal commit/push `f7f6b774b912649116621de027474e9cfed33bec` is directly verified2026-10-12 11:33:47.348560UTC: localHEAD=origin=live development, local/origin/live main27657f3 unchanged and worktree clean at observation. Exact receipt bytes are frozen in `final-expanded/push-receipt.json` and linked from the manifest. This successor appends the observed receipt without changing measured runtime/source/build hashes. Those identities apply at f7f6b774 and their immutable snapshots after later legitimate import/history edits. Editor-only CONDITIONAL GO remains; import/history and whole P7-03, all manual/deferred/production gates remain unfinished.
