CV-IMPORT-07 retained attempt: `final-01` backend 1,260 PASS; ordinary shards 1/3/4 all PASS. Shard 2 had 82 PASS / 5 FAIL because the insert-only legacy-review seeder's exact schema guard lacked the two new nullable columns. Only that helper was updated, retaining exact schema/ownership/path/insert-only guards and adding null-evidence assertions. Its 24 self-checks pass. `final-03` reruns the entire affected shard and remaining lanes; binding rejects any product/runtime change or any source delta beyond that helper. Unchanged passed shards are retained, not rerun or double-counted. `final-02` stopped before tests on Windows path-separator normalization in the evidence wrapper. No application regression is inferred from the fixture failure.
