[P7-12](../redesign/phase-7/p7-12/README.md) is running fresh integrated browser/separate lanes from clean published508d68e after the completed343PASS/8FAILrun and8/8consumer correction. SQLite concurrency/pagination repairs pass17affected native cases; frontend899/101, backend1060 and offline sidecar56 pass freshly. Final acceptance/report/preservation/fidelity/zoom reconciliation/publication remain. Phase8 handoff is planning only; no Phase8 implementation. Main5f835e5 is separately owner-authorized despite retained production NO-GO; release838 failed before deployment in native Node/Jest. Runner diagnosis needs privileged disk/core access; deployment/model activation remain unverified.
