Final staged whitespace returned1 for an extra EOF blank line; the root continued publication incorrectly. Immediate follow-up removes it and checks staged/full-phase whitespace without altering behavior or claiming a rerun of the existing runtime evidence. Implemented Users acceptance remains CONDITIONAL GO; Audit follows.
