Human screen-reader/incomplete checks, broader pointer/reflow/font/photo qualification, F04 and separately recorded debt remain open. No P5-11+, Phase 8 or B07 implementation occurred.

No CV redesign or B07 had begun at that readiness checkpoint. P2-D01 remains ordinary passing; broader font/photo/wrapped-line qualification and production/manual acceptance remain explicit.
