# Phase 6 consistency findings

Statuses distinguish observed defects from incomplete qualification. Severity is based on workflow impact, not cosmetic preference. Evidence starts with the [Phase5 final native manifest](../../phase-5/p5-15/p5-15-06/evidence/validation.json) and current source/native inspection; later checkpoints append actual results.
