P5-15-06 — Final regression and scoped acceptance

Implemented Phase 5 scope: CONDITIONAL GO for a bounded Phase 6 design/UX review transition. Mandatory human/device and deployed acceptance remain open. Full originally planned Phase 5 scope: NOT COMPLETE. Production: NO-GO; no deployment. These decisions are independent.

The actual development successor was retained rather than reset to the owner's historical hash. Final application checkpoint 22455bba0a016f0cefabde46c539df588f789667 follows five independently reproduced/verified repairs; no application changes follow it in this acceptance sequence. Portable execution manifest, repository checks, commit ledger, 03 document proof, 04 dispositions and 05 production gate retain the boundaries.

Checkpoint decisions

Checkpoint Available-work outcome Outstanding acceptance
00 / 01 and R-01–03 Planning, functional audit and saved-search/Rules/authentication repairs retained; no repeated repair Whole-group/provider/manual obligations remain
02 Historical audit NO-GO retained; its two P1 and three P2 defects repaired in separate successor commits Conditional progression only after those scoped proofs; reader/device/contrast/reflow acceptance incomplete
03 CONDITIONAL GO for measured local CV/document correctness Production Linux/fonts/portrait, other supported browser/device evidence
04 Five targeted fixes pass; finite preference/Board qualifications complete Historical reliability causes and O(N) capacity/physical touch retained, contextual accessibility findings not waived
05 PRODUCTION NO-GO F04, current complete backup/restore, configuration/schema/secrets, rollback, monitoring/deployed smoke
06 Complete fresh automated regression green; scoped transition CONDITIONAL GO No unconditional full-scope/accessibility/production acceptance

Fresh final results and count reconciliation

All lanes below executed after the last application change; browser retries=0, with zero skipped, unexpected or flaky cases in final runs. Intermediate RED results remain in repair records. Focused subsets are not added to complete-suite totals.

Gate Fresh result Difference from owner's inherited baseline
Backend 1,033/1,033 Unchanged; no backend application/tests added
Frontend 498/498, 83 suites 490→498: eight native file-control activation/upload cases
Ordinary browser 148/148 134→144: ten audit cases, including the separately added mobile lifecycle case; +2 hidden-initial pagination fixtures; +2 status-target/photo cases =148. Five audit failures become actual passes, not expected failures
Separate diagnostics 3/3 2→3: one 200/1,000-job Board membership case. Existing preference case strengthened to twelve rounds, not twelve new tests
Sidecar 49/49 Unchanged deterministic offline tests
Focused AI / revision 108/108 / 5/5 Backend subsets; unchanged authoritative grounding/stale/ownership/history tests
Real HTTP 2/2 Unchanged native contract, including Production withholding
Rate-limit / ingress / PDF admission / configuration 9/9 / 6/6 / 1/1 / 3/3 Unchanged separate local lanes; not deployed evidence
Standard fidelity 16/16; 36 preview=36 PDF pages Same fixtures and tolerances; no geometry/content inflation
Settings exports 8/8; 24 preview=24 PDF pages Same fixtures and tolerances
Synthetic photo inclusion Four native exports; 4=4 pages Additional finite coverage inside one ordinary case; not a replacement for either frozen corpus
Additional offline helpers Supply chain3, evaluation5, extension3 Unchanged, separate from configured-model qualification
Static/build/hygiene TypeScript (app and browser coverage), lint, frontend production build, API Release/test-project build, secret/link/whitespace checks pass Evidence records actual commands/checks; no waiver

A concurrently attempted API Release build initially failed because the native browser host held apphost.exe open (MSB3021/MSB3027). That log is retained locally. The build was rerun serially after every native host stopped, then all backend checks reran successfully. This is an explicit runner scheduling failure, not concealed as a passing build. Early target-test attempts incorrectly toggled an already-open fixture disclosure; corrected setup then reproduced the actual 18px failure. One drawer run used an export built for the wrong API port; it failed before focus proof and was rerun against the correct native host. No assertion was relaxed, failure skipped or product result relabeled.

Preservation, routes and security

The 57-group matrix reconciles 0 PASS / 56 PARTIAL / 0 FAIL / 1 DEFERRED / 0 BLOCKED / 0 NOT VERIFIED =57. PARTIAL records outstanding sub-workflow/human/provider evidence, not 56 functional defects. C11 remains deferred. The six groups affected by the five repairs move FAIL→PARTIAL only; original contracts and historical columns remain intact.

All 32 route patterns =31 originals +Analytics retain native anonymous/normal/admin entry and refresh: 192 observations, 98 selected API reads, no500. All three census journeys pass real headings/destinations/denials; HTTP200 alone is not the evidence. Route matrix remains32PARTIAL because finite census and existing Back/deep-link tests do not certify every long-tail/provider workflow.

Saved searches, Rules drafts/validation/retry/discard and AUTH-01 pass in the complete run. P2-D01 remains ordinary passing. Existing API account/object/role checks, CV source isolation/overrides, revision restore/conflict/draft recovery, frozen native ZIP/package relationships, private PDF ownership and unqualified proposal withholding remain green. No front-end action replaces authoritative authorization. No schema migration, ownership change, hidden workflow removal or production configuration change is introduced.

Accessibility, responsive and visual evidence

Fresh automation: 312 axe scans, comprising 267 retained-rule and 45 all-enabled/target scans. Retained-rule violations: 0; all-enabled violation-node occurrences: 39; combined incompletes: 2367. These are repeated node occurrences, not counts of independent defects or a compliance claim.

Incomplete rule Retained-rule occurrences All-enabled occurrences
aria-hidden-focus 41 7
aria-prohibited-attr 209 26
aria-valid-attr-value 18 2
color-contrast 1765 294
target-size 0 1
th-has-data-cells 4 0

All-enabled violation-node categories: {"aria-command-name": 7, "color-contrast": 2, "heading-order": 13, "landmark-one-main": 1, "landmark-unique": 5, "page-has-heading-one": 1, "region": 10}. Original triage and successor disposition distinguish actual repaired keyboard/target defects, meaningful versus possibly incidental initials contrast, best-practice heading/main/cross-document landmarks and clipped AX-name uncertainty. Required human visual/spoken review remains open; zero retained-rule violations is not complete accessibility acceptance.

The fresh native matrix retains EN/Bokmål and light/dark states across 320,390,768,900,1024,1280 and1440 widths plus breakpoint/landscape transitions. Actual Chromium100/200/400% zoom uses chrome.tabs.setZoom, with measured inner width/DPR rather than CSS simulation; document geometry is unchanged. Text-spacing overrides and finite geometry collection do not establish every enabled control, text-only zoom, forced colours or alternate-browser acceptance. Initial compact-preview readiness, scrolling/focus, drawer Escape/return, native chooser entry, section/entry reorder alternatives and currently implemented document controls pass their actual journeys.

The manifest retains eight representative native screenshots, labeled by state/test/viewport/theme/language and file hashes. Visual inspection adds the inspected mobile preview and populated report images. The agent also inspected final Settings320/Bokmål/dark and navigation390/English/light: labels reflow, the drawer's Dashboard focus ring and child labels are visibly present, and Settings continues vertically below the captured viewport. This finite inspection does not clear the other emulated sample's seven pre-settled AX-name flags or measure normative contrast. These are agent inspection/automated browser evidence, not human screen-reader or physical-device acceptance.

Owner-postponed human reader work remains NOT COMPLETE / NOT VERIFIED. No spoken announcements, reader/version/operator PASS results or physical software-keyboard/touch results are supplied. The executable M01–M13 packet remains required before complete acceptance/release. Emulator taps and mouse/keyboard checks cannot substitute.

Reliability and capacity observations

Twelve concurrent preference rounds all returned language204/notification200, all four overlapping reads200 and correct persisted readback; reload retained EN and the enabled reminder. This is current SQLite qualification, not a proved repair or root cause for historical P5-06-O01/P4-04-O02 exceptions or deployed-provider contention. Their caller/error and provider qualifications remain in the readiness register.

Owned Board jobs API milliseconds Navigation-to-render milliseconds Response bytes Exact rendered cards
200 33 1040 236253 200
1000 19 1612 1182578 1000

This is a finite local run with complete ID membership. The full-array O(N) query/render remains; no production load/memory/latency budget is approved and physical touch is unverified. Phase6 must measure agreed capacity before proposing a separately scoped compatible optimization, not silently cap results.

The CV Unsaved incident stays OPEN: its regression now proves the existing800ms autosave temporal contract, but the original failing run has no timing trace. No passing rerun is represented as conclusive diagnosis. Other readiness rows, including company-modal error subtree/provider behavior/profile-job concurrency, remain individually owned and are not closed by CV success.

Three separate final decisions

  1. Implemented Phase5 scope — CONDITIONAL GO for design/UX review planning: fresh automated/native contracts pass, demonstrated severe UI barriers are repaired, and mandatory operator/deployed checks remain explicit. This is not unconditional feature/accessibility acceptance.
  2. Full originally planned Phase5 scope — NOT COMPLETE: P5-13 qualification/UI, approved P5-05/followMode deferrals and required complete human/device/deployed acceptance are outstanding. Scope deferral is not completion.
  3. Production release — NO-GO: main remains27657f31131cd95d42f0e1290853ec9c9b3959a4; no merge/push/deployment. The operator gate remains unsatisfied.

P5-13 remains deferred/unqualified/Production-withheld: zero of366 configured-target calls, zero human semantic reviews, review UI absent; deterministic guards remain passing. Actual Linux/GTX1060 runtime/model feasibility is unmeasured; a candidate model is not an approved target. No Docker recovery or provider qualification was attempted.

Phase6 preparation may proceed only within these scoped decisions, using the original Implementation Plan. It must carry the complete debt and operator gates; no Phase7/B07 migration or production activation is authorised.
