CV integration QA preservation addendum
26 October 2026. CV-QA begins at ef425c2 on test/cv-integration-acceptance. This dated addendum does not replace the historical Phase9 matrices or change any of the 57 group qualification states. All 33 routes and aliases remain.
Directly affected owners: PRES-C01/C02/C03, C05–C10/C12, W05/W06/W07/W12, E05/E07/E08/E09 and S04/S05. Canonical profile, per-CV overrides, append-only revisions, letter/application versions and frozen package/binary ownership remain distinct. PRES-C11/live model qualification remains withheld. Other groups retain full regression obligations.
The authoritative CV-QA field matrix and checkpoint ledger are ../../cv-integration-qa/ARCHITECTURE_AND_COVERAGE.md and ../../cv-integration-qa/PLAN.md. Final per-group reconciliation will be added there without erasing old observations. Broad Phase10 deletion remains ineligible without candidate-specific caller/route/compatibility/test evidence; production gates remain independent. No cleanup or production operation is started by this addendum.
