Initial direct Windows/sed harness failed its positive control and was discarded; shell-native rerun established the three-case result. No deployment/restore/database activity.
• I18N research 55adc1dbd742a570d55d3a4d13f5613a7ed2ab25: records for 188 dynamic calls; 108 finite conditional calls resolved with 240 verified key references, 80 remaining; four direct catalogue reads; 26 individually reviewed literal candidates; seven stable findings. No application/test implementation changes.
• FINDINGS.md consolidates ten new observations/contracts/qualification gaps with precise next actions. These remain separate from implementation acceptance.
