P9-REQUAL-01 evidence package
Implementation and requalification from baseline 549b2cba5a791862ba3f854312ea819a86dc42a0
on fix/p9-ci-and-requalification. Historical reports remain intact. The final dated acceptance
addendum and validation ledger are authoritative only after all required
runtime lanes have been reconciled; a partial collection is not acceptance.

Large raw logs, TRX/Playwright reports, traces, PDFs and screenshots remain under the local ignored
.artifacts/p9-requal-01/ directory. Published machine-readable ledgers retain native case identities,
outcomes and SHA-256 references. Superseded runs are separately archived and never added to final totals.
No main merge, production operation, SQLite retirement, database-version change, Phase10 work or C11/P5-13 activation is part of this package. Passing automated checks cannot establish human, physical-device, live-provider or production acceptance.
Final: dated acceptance, machine decisions, source lineage, Linux PDF failure, publication ledger, evidence manifest. The collector intentionally fails the combined gate for Linux PDF/Python findings; automationComplete is false.
