Phase 6 checkpoint log
Every completed logical unit is pushed to codex/ui-redesign-phase4, without force. Production main remains 27657f31131cd95d42f0e1290853ec9c9b3959a4. Hashes are appended by the successor checkpoint to avoid self-referential commit hashes. Work in progress belonging to the next unit is recorded separately from staged checkpoint files.

Current execution evidence
The owner's 2026-10-11 P6-00–P6-05 sequence supersedes the older proposal. Native lanes run against isolated synthetic SQLite with local-only browser network; never production. UI sources are frozen before the final build and final complete runs. Raw command logs stay under .artifacts/phase6/current/; portable commands, outcomes and SHA256 fingerprints live in each checkpoint and the final manifest. Failed/intermediate attempts are retained and explained; final retries/skip/expected-failure counts are checked separately.
