P9-REMED-02 execution checklist
- Verify dedicated development ancestry and preserve main.

- Package licensed static fonts, retain settings/revisions, pass focused unchanged 24-fixture oracle.
- Assess Python advisories individually; apply five bounded pinned upgrades and parser/startup checks.

- Repair the reproduced preview pointer defect with failing regression proof and independent source review.
- Prepare 60-finding register, 57-group/33-route preservation and M09 owner cards.
- Complete serial fresh regression, Linux/Windows successors and isolated MariaDB workload.
- Complete supplemental long-skill documents, final exact-pin advisory refresh and renderer replay capsule.
- Reconcile exact outcomes, source/report hashes and independent gate decisions.
- Publication: the commit containing this file carries the validated evidence. The post-push receipt and final delivery record remote equality, clean tree, ancestry and unchanged main after that commit exists.
Withheld: owner risk acceptance, hosted runner changes, human/device/provider results, production operations, SQLite retirement and new feature work.
