A3-IM09 publication and owner acceptance
3 November 2026. Implementation 773c943165669bfc97bee46c53f73f124f398c0c on codex/a3-ui-09 is published and independently remotely verified. All45 source/143 evidence manifest entries match committed bytes;80 export assets separately hashed. Validation: ACCOUNT_ADMIN_VALIDATION.md.
Owner explicitly answered "Approve IM09 and A3-IM10". IM09 Gate F is ACCEPTED; do not repeat. Next authorised scope: cross-application consistency, preserved secondary routes, responsive/localisation/accessibility checks and combined affected regression. Human/native-language, real providers/models, final integrated security/recovery and release approval remain separate.
143 distinct frontend cases/11 suites and69 local backend cases passed. Initial full browser16 controlled journeys/128 states passed; visual review exposed processing label/column issues and an affected rerun reproduced a focus race. Corrected processing19-case unit suite and16-configuration browser successor passed. Final distinct browser coverage is112 retained states plus16 refreshed processing states=128. Pilots, failed attempts and focused reruns are not added. Confirmation dialogs were cancelled and16 explicit export requests received fixture403; no real mutation, credential/provider/model operation or deletion.
Keep earlier IM08 granular Ghosted pause and mounted AI-entitlement refresh gaps OPEN. Independently published attachment-size delta 1ce93ca0e3a906673e636e56f1b910756ca78bb2 still needs narrow integration against this newer baseline; never replace the application tree with its older branch.
Full Phase10/Product Review/Global Jobs/European localisation, native/provider, final integrated security/recovery/hosted CI and release qualifications remain OPEN. No orchestrator/pre-P10/main/production changes.
