A3 implementation preservation reconciliation
3 November 2026. All57 original groups and34 route patterns remain in the unchanged preservation register. The source census retains each original requiredClosure/sourceCriterion. 56 PARTIAL/one DEFERRED remain historical capability statuses. Owner acceptance of A3 presentation increments does not promote those statuses, waive linked criteria or grant providers/models/production access.
This table maps each group to bounded implementation evidence and identifies residual work. The accepted evidence remains bound to its implementation commit/manifest. New IM10 secondary qualification passed:85 unit cases/seven suites and16 controlled route journeys/96 scoped axe scans across EN/NB, both themes and320/390/768/1440. See SECONDARY_VALIDATION.md. Pilot/failure attempts do not add coverage; these results do not promote historical capability statuses.
