Monitoring and logging

Use container health, /health, /ready, structured API logs, AI health metadata, backup age/manifests, worker failures, and provider delivery state as the baseline signals. Compose bounds local container logs to three 10 MB files; centralized aggregation is not yet configured.

Do not log tokens, passwords, full CV text, private URLs, or provider payloads. Add an external sink only when multi-host operation or incident-response needs justify it; this is tracked as technical debt.
