P5-15-04 — Successor findings and ownership

Classification: A production release gate; B full original Phase 5 acceptance gate; C approved deferred product work; D retained bounded technical debt. A scoped design-review transition does not close A/B gates. The complete readiness register retains all operational/provider/domain obligations; this table dispositions the acceptance audit findings, not a replacement for that register.

Collection starts after dialog visibility/fonts/two frames, without asserting settled entry. This correlation does not independently establish the cause or waive the serious rule finding. P5-05 / followMode	C explicitly deferred. Full Job entry remains; followMode route/state compatibility metadata retained, no compose consumer claimed.	Product/Jobs/mail owner in separately approved future slice; do not silently omit requirements or invent screens.
Other existing debt	Profile/job stale-save/idempotency, company modal error subtree, provider/auth/live mail/calendar, worker survival, deletion/billing policy and legacy cutover remain individually registered.	Follow original RD13–RD28 classes/owners. No B07, activation, column drop or production mutation here. Passing CV/tenant tests do not close other domain concurrency obligations.

No P0 finding is demonstrated by this checkpoint. Closed scoped functional findings retain their original severity and proof; outstanding manual checks are evidence gaps rather than invented functional failures. No severity is downgraded merely to enable Phase 6 planning.
