Direct roadmap integration — 2 November 2026

Published implementation checkpoint 557efde073a380030a39066fab2e6d961ce717f4 was independently read back on origin/codex/direct-roadmap-integration. Follow-up test-only catalogue QA adds three invariants and runs with existing provider/persistence stability tests: 10 passed in three additional suites; see ../i18n/EN_NB_CATALOGUE_QA.md. No runtime application change after the passing build.

Subsequent bounded localisation fix: supported-language control now names Bokmål explicitly and shows NB, retaining preference values and handlers. Seventeen shell/language tests passed; scoped lint, full typecheck and a new production static build passed after this change. See ../i18n/LANGUAGE_CONTROL_QA.md. This later run overlaps i18n-provider coverage in the 10-test QA run; keep those counts separate. No final UI design was implemented.

Validated isolated review branch codex/direct-roadmap-integration. Base Phase 10 db818e5ebd19eeedc05ae58dc3f7a908ce0e713d; selected application paths and docs/i18n from published 4172c23d7ce13e8327a5e51bbb09f296c24fb9b8; backup parser/deploy function and release-readiness reports from f19e7ebf4aeae350b43fa84cf115c393030280f0. Content was integrated by explicit owned paths, preserving the Phase 10 accepted handoff records and approved App.css deletion. No full-branch history overwrite, orchestrator access, main merge, final UI design or deployment.

Fresh qualification

• PASSED: 195 tests in 16 explicitly selected frontend suites, zero failures/pending, native exit 0, 40.06 seconds. Includes session/tenant client boundary, attachment preview, inherited-name fallbacks, pipeline/board, checklist/workspace and document/interview workflows. Native JSON. This is a new combined execution; do not add preceding branch runs to its total.
• PASSED: full TypeScript typecheck, full ESLint with zero warnings, native exits 0.
• PASSED: Next 16.4.1 production static build, including TypeScript and all three generated pages, native exit 0. Local API base at build time, no live API/provider/model qualification.
• PASSED: five actual backup-function parser tests using synthetic strings and mocked dump/Docker boundaries, native exit 0. Git Bash syntax check of deploy/deploy.sh also exit 0. No deployment script was sourced or run in full; no dump, database, model or production operation.
• PASSED: portable register/inventory/source/owner dependency hashes match the integrated working tree; approved stylesheet remains absent. Raw inventory hash initially differed after Git CRLF checkout. Register schema 3 now declares LF-normalised reviewed-text hashes, preserving historical raw source hashes and original census content. This corrected evidence portability; no runtime failure was hidden.
• npm ci used the locked offline cache, 825 packages; lockfile unchanged. Existing deprecation and unapproved unrs-resolver install-script notices were retained; no dependency/script approval changes.
• Backend/API/test/configuration and automation handoff records have no diff from the integration base. Reuse the 103 selected backend / 92 frontend Phase 10 evidence only within its original scope; those are not extra integration tests.

Scope and remaining gates

This branch makes the approved ordinary fixes reviewable together. The original 188-call dynamic key-domain census is accounted for; full I18N-00, every-string context/backend extraction, European locale registry/release, grammar/native review and all runtime coverage are not accepted. No additional locale or country is published.

Phase 10 P10-05 remains OPEN: full suite/preservation reconciliation, independent audit and required human/environment qualifications remain. Product Review and Global Jobs entry/provider/data gates remain. Public homepage proposals on feature/launch-site-redesign are design-neutral documentation, not included visual implementation. Five application concepts and comparison remain available in the separate design worktree; no final unapproved design integrated.

New browser/native-device, final integrated security/plugin scans, hosted CI, real provider, backup/restore/rollback and production tests NOT RUN here. Security source/relational attachment review remains separately scoped. No production qualification is inferred from this branch or static build. Publish only to this review branch and independently verify the ref; no main merge/deployment.

Next: review this combined checkpoint; continue locale context/literal QA and safe source audit, then execute affected browser and final integrated qualifications when their scope and approvals are satisfied. Do not repeat successful unchanged targeted runs merely to resume the chat.
