Phase 4 checkpoints

Phase 4 starts from f696f23 on codex/ui-redesign-phase4. The 57 preservation contracts in Phase 2 and the Phase 3 impact matrix remain authoritative.

• P4-01 semantic colors, focus and loaded fixtures
• P4-01 preservation and visual evidence
• P4-02 named controls and modal state

P4-02 is locally validated after 115441a and the separate documentation restructure 682a302 on the same Phase 4 branch. Its approved scope is named controls and modal/loading state; P4-03 remains unstarted. No route/layout redesign, B07, backend/schema behaviour changes or production deployment is included. F04 remains open pending actual production ingress evidence.
