Settings and shared feedback qualification
4 November 2026. Continue from published/remotely verified administration receipt0e2ccfe9. Quick-capture decorative surface removal266e8bc0; successor runtime a84a97cb61eda975d73690c818d56666f0929515 includes the shared toast theme fix.
The read-only two-width baseline (320/1440 EN/light,12 states, d651ce7a) is retained in evidence/settings-before. General appearance/language, columns/import/export, AI privacy/usage and connected-account sections already use open sections; their state owners and controls remain unchanged. Remove only QuickCaptureCard's decorative enclosing surface. Preserve its actual bookmarklet, local click hint, read-only manual copy and control boundary. This component's single production caller is SettingsView.
The expanded quick-capture interaction then exposed a real information-toast contrast failure: white on default MUI blue#0288d1,3.85:1. PILOT-contrast-failure.json retains the failed scan at266e8bc0. Investigation found App renders ToastProvider outside JobTrackerThemeProvider. Palette contract tests test the application theme, but the actual toast cannot inherit it in that order. Reorder the two existing providers so ToastProvider receives the existing theme. No new palette, wrapper, dependency or toast timing/action/lifetime/clearance change. All useToast callers were located; no caller-specific workaround. Confirm/Prompt providers and router ownership remain under their existing providers.
PASSED:70 native cases/eight suites (42 Settings/import/backup/AI privacy plus28 theme-state/contrast/A3 theme/shell cases), types, full lint and export build. This supersedes the overlapping42-case run. Theme switching preserves state, canonical theme preference remains unchanged, toast timeout/dismissal/explicit action tests remain passing. The original native palette contrast cases alone did not catch provider composition; the actual application quick-capture interaction is the regression proof.
PASSED final read-only qualification:36 configurations,252 scans/captures, seven states each (General, Automation, Follow-ups, Notifications, Data, focused AI controls, actual quick-capture feedback), all nine widths/EN/NB/themes. The verifier checks all five sections, bookmarklet href/manual-value identity, read-only copy selection, click hint/no navigation, visible feedback during axe analysis, zero writes and zero AI proposals. Zero page exceptions/axe violations;36 company reads unavailable fixtures. The overlapping two-config14-state successor pilot is separate, not additive. All API responses are intercepted. No real bookmark-bar install, popup capture/import, settings save, backup/export/deletion, generation/apply or provider activation is executed.
Settings error/loading/conflict and granular Ghosted-per-user pause contract remain open. Human/native-language/device/screen-reader, broader transient feedback states, whole-route final owner review and integrated security/recovery/release/Phase10 acceptance remain separate. Existing historical workflow evidence stays source-bound to its original runtime; the new Settings scope does not rerun or promote AI/CV/export qualification. No fresh independent peer review is claimed.
The comparison viewer now has20 actual families/720 image bindings and28 frozen references;40 selections across390 NB/dark and1440 EN/light loaded the images without script errors or overflow. Artifact checks are separate from application qualification.
Rollback reverts the provider-order and QuickCapture surface deltas; no data or dependency rollback. Source/export/evidence integrity and publication follow the final matrix.
