Reconcile the narrow published attachment-size delta1ce93ca0 against this newer baseline; keep all existing owners/contracts. IM08 granular Ghosted pause and mounted AI entitlement-refresh gaps remain OPEN. Final human/native-language, real provider/model, integrated security/recovery/hosted CI and release gates remain separate. No orchestrator/pre-P10/main/deploy changes.
