- [x] P10-00: preserve/review the staged draft, verify baseline/evidence applicability and complete the [direct assessment](../redesign/phase-10/P10-00.md).
- [ ] Owner gate: explicit approval of P10-01/CLEAN-20 only (`job-tracker-ui/src/App.css`), with the assessment's exact verification/rollback boundaries.
- [ ] After approval only: implement and qualify that candidate; commit, publish and independently verify the checkpoint. Stop at subsequent candidate/entry gates.
- [ ] P10-02–05 and later roadmap: preserve contracts and follow authoritative order from [continuity](../redesign/phase-10/HANDOFF.md). No later implementation is currently authorised.
The autonomous backlog orchestrator remains paused and untouched. Earlier TODO entries retain their historical dates and decisions.
## Phase7 final acceptance — 21 October 2026
P7-00–P7-12 implemented scope complete, CONDITIONAL GO; full1060backend/899frontend/351browser plus23contracts/56offline-sidecar passing. See [final report](../redesign/phase-7/p7-12/FINAL_ACCEPTANCE.md). Retain manual/provider/output/reliability qualifications and production NO-GO. Phase8 planning handoff conditional; implementation not started.
