[Fresh complete regression](p5-15-06/README.md) retains all32 concrete route patterns (31originals+Analytics), each anonymous/normal/admin entry and refresh:192observations,98selected expected API reads, no500. These journeys assert actual headings/data/destinations/authentication/role denials and retain the repaired AUTH-01 query behavior; HTTP200 alone is not acceptance. [Portable observations](p5-15-06/evidence/validation.json) retain all three census records. All32 matrix rows remain PARTIAL because provider/manual/long-tail acceptance is incomplete; no route or alias is removed. Production main remains unchanged/NO-GO. The planning text below is historical rather than a claim that these fresh checks did not occur.
